Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund. As we supply intangible goods we can only issue a refund under two conditions:
– If the customer changes their mind after payment but the barcode order has not yet been released.
– If the customer receives a code that does not correspond to his order (on condition that he undertakes to permanently delete the said files and never to use them).

In the event that the customer changes his/her mind for a reason that is not valid under the above-mentioned conditions, he/she will receive 75% of his/her payment and the costs of reimbursement will remain at his/her expense. If the reason is deemed valid, the customer will only have to bear the costs of the refund.

Apart from these cases, no refund is possible.
