Surgelcam is a young Cameroonian company specialising in the processing of agricultural products using innovative freezing technology. Their first product currently on the market is MASSA FRITES. This is a pre-cooked, deep-frozen plantain tapé tapé of high quality and well-preserved nutritional value. With the growing population of Cameroon’s towns and cities and the huge crop losses observed, a solution had to be found. MASSA FRITES allows us to preserve and perpetuate our culinary tradition, but also to open it up to the world.
